Office Manager (LA):

Keep our spaces running smoothly! You'll handle inventory, utilities, maintenance, and vendors (think cleaners, security, valet & more). Basically, you're the go-to for all things office vibes.

Vault Manager (LA):

Keep track of all the gear, tech, and project files that come through Cartel. You'll handle inventory, archive projects, and be the first stop for IT help. Plus, you'll jump in with the concierge team to help out when needed. Basically, if it plugs in or needs tracking, you're on it.

Assistant Editor (LA + NY):

Help bring projects to life! You'll support Editors & Producers from start to finish -- transcoding, organizing footage, and prepping for final delivery. If it involves keeping the edit smooth and seamless, you're on it.

Head of Production (NY):

The mastermind behind smooth-running projects! You'll oversee everything from staffing and resource allocation to problem-solving and workflow management. Keeping projects on track? That's you. Making sure producers and assistants aren't overloaded? Also you. You'll know each team member's strengths, help them grow, and be the right-hand support for the NY Executive Producer. Basically, you're the backbone of production.
